As soon as I told my friend Tony that I was making purses and bags out of old clothing and recycled materials, he told me he wanted me to make a bag for him. He immediately decided he wanted a Polo bag because, well, he’s a Polo snob and he probably has the largest collection of Polo shirts on the face of the planet (an easy choice!).
He went back and forth more than a few times, to pick out two of his “vintage” Polo shirts for me to use in this project.
And here’s the final product:
I used the sleeves off the salmon colored shirt to make the inside pockets!
This bag was a lot of work, but I think it turned out pretty nice. Let me know what you think in the comments!
